A Family

Lance couldn't fault the man for trying to fight back as his wife and son were taken from him; it's hardwired into most mammals. But Lance had decided it was time to start a family, and this was the most expedient path. Next, he made sure the wife and son understood the benefits of joining his mission. Lance also admitted that while yes, he was the man from those breaking news reports a few years back, those crimes were well-intentioned—as was this exciting new phase. And people had said it'd be hard for someone like him to acquire a family.
