I Hate MeSelf
I'm in an endless loop of fighting myself. A masked man jumps through my window, attacking me in bed—I fight back. All day we battle throughout the farmstead, using every tool at our disposal: rakes, shovels, axes, ropes, hammers, a chainsaw. Midnight nears, I finally make him submit. As the bell tolls for the twelfth time, I rip the mask from his head…it's me. Every other morning, I wake up as the Me outside the window—call him MeSelf. I must avenge what I know Me did to MeSelf last night, so I attack. We battle all day. I always lose.
