Space Baby

The baby was raised in space, alone. Everyone else on the voyage had died prior, and his mother, the final survivor, expired birthing him. But the robots did their job and raised him well. Thus, he’s the first person to reach adulthood without ever having seen another human being—and due to the speed at which they’re traveling away from earth, he never will. But don’t feel sorry for him; maybe he’ll even meet something else out in the vastness someday. In the meantime, he’s kept company by AI friends, virtual worlds, games, videos, movies. He’s lonely here, but not unhappy.
